How Capos Company uses the details you send us, in plain words.
Who we are
This website belongs to Capos Company, Amber Gem Tower, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us by email at caposcompany2015@gmail.com or by phone and WhatsApp on +971 54 546 9602.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive the details you type in:
- your name and your company;
- your phone or WhatsApp number and your email;
- your country, the service you are interested in and your budget;
- your message.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive what you choose to send us.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request and to prepare quotes and pro forma invoices for you. We do not use your details for anything else.
Who sees it
We never sell your details. We share them only when your deal needs it, and only with the suppliers or shippers involved — for example, the shipping company that carries your car or your goods to your port.
How the form works
When you send the form, a copy of your request is emailed to Capos Company and WhatsApp opens with your message ready to send. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them to answer you and to follow your deal.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete your details. Just email caposcompany2015@gmail.com and we will do it.
